Great place to get service work done and all the sales people are great! The upfitz department is full of accessories for every Chrysler dodge jeep ram fiat product you can imagine and if they dont have it in stock they can order it up for you!

Peake was having great discounts on the 2019 Ram Rebel's. Michael had just sold one to our son. He left Peake with an awesome truck and a payment he could afford thanks to the discounts and Michael's experience. Naturally we had to check out the deals for ourselves and in less than 2.5 hours we were driving home with a new Rebel. This was one of the quickest deals we made on a vehicle yet. We were very pleased with the service we received from Peake's Sales and Finance team.

In the end it all turned out perfect. After several years of pretty good customer service I had a problem today with in the parts department. On my first visit I discussed the problem with the parts guy and he ordered the part to fix my mirror. Two days later I went to pick up the part. As soon as I picked up the package I knew it was the wrong part. I told the parts person that was there it was the wrong part. She opened the package so we could check and it was the wrong part. She then figured out the right part, I would have to buy an entire new mirror package for around $160. When I asked for the price of the mirror they ordered to be taken from the $160 charge I was told no returns of exchanges on glass. It was shocking to be treated that way. I'm expecting a return call from the parts manager. The parts manager returned my call the next day and the situation was resolved. I was the kind of customer service that I cam to expect from Peak. I will happily continue getting my car serviced there.
